Thanksgiving Break

I hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! As you’ve probably noticed, I’ve been on a bit of a Thanksgiving break. Christa and I went home to Chicago to be with both our families and celebrate a milestone birthday with my dad (he asked me not to share which milestone it was though!).

We had a great time eating turducken (a chicken stuffed inside a duck stuffed inside a turkey–wow), visited the Christkindlmarket downtown, helped clean out an attic and I got to see my BFF Shane.
More insightful posts coming soon! Until then, I pray that you and your ministry continue to grow in the Lord’s grace everyday.

Well, too bad it was the wrong BFF Shane. When do I get to hang out with you. I guess I will have to settle with a phone call on Saturday. I’m going to bed now…ok bye…Oh this is is Shane Walsh just in case you didn’t figure that one out.
