When it comes to becoming a better youth pastor, it’s not about just getting a great book or finding the right curriculum. I’ve been there, and the resources only get you so far. True change happens through relationships: friends, mentors, and other youth pastors.

I’ve been honored to work with an incredible group of people that share a passion for youth ministry. We’re working together to begin coaching youth pastors that are hungry for growth, both personally, in their students, and in their ministry.
